The XME Business Park, located in Nilai Impian within the Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0), is a significant development aimed at boosting the industrial and economic landscape of Negeri Sembilan. This business park is designed as a managed industrial park, making it the first of its kind in Negeri Sembilan, and it serves as a benchmark for future industrial and commercial projects within the region.

 

Key Features and Benefits:

  • Strategic Location: The XME Business Park is strategically situated near the North-South Expressway, offering excellent connectivity to major transportation networks. This location is ideal for businesses involved in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing, providing easy access to the rest of Peninsular Malaysia.

  • Versatile Industrial Units: The park offers a variety of unit sizes, catering to different business needs. These units are designed to accommodate industries such as logistics, engineering, food processing, and metal fabrication. The park's infrastructure is built to support long-term sustainability, with features such as 24-hour security and flexible unit designs.

  • Investment Potential: The development has attracted significant interest from various industries, with over half of the first phase already taken up shortly after its launch. The park is expected to attract investments valued at RM500 million, contributing to the region's economic growth.

  • Development Phases: The XME Business Park will be developed in two phases, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM520 million. The first phase includes 75 units of semi-detached and detached types, with completion targeted by November 2021.
